The use of services provided by MassGrowth Pro Limited establishes agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service and MassGrowth Pro Limited will not be help liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.
GENERAL
1. By placing an order with MassGrowth, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not.
2. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
3. You will only use the MassGrowth website in a manner that follows all agreements made with all the social media sites on their individual Terms of Service pages.
4. Massgrowth rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes. MassGrowth does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and MassGrowth will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
5. MassGrowth tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our clients. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

MassGrowth will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. By using our service you assume full personal responsibility for this.
Liabilities:
MassGrowth is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other Social Media platforms.
SERVICE
1. MassGrowth will only be used to promote your social accounts and help boost your "Appearance" only.
2. We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you (Unless the service states this clearly in the title/description).
3. We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
4. You will not upload anything to the MassGrowth site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.
5. Private accounts will not get a refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be made to Paypal. After a deposit has been completed you are instantly granted MassGrowth credits for the exact amount of your payment, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from MassGrowth.
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a charge-back against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, disable your affiliate payouts, and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we deliver to your or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts.
Orders placed in MassGrowth will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your MassGrowth account if the order is non-deliverable. Refunds in credit are subject to individual service policy, which will be clearly stated in each service description. By placing an order you agree to the individual refund policy of that service. In the scenario you order a service with the description "No refunds once the order has been submitted" You are acknowledging that you will not be entitled to any refund for that service once you have sent the order.
Misplaced, Private account orders or posts with a count hidden from the public will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
Please do not use more than one service at the same time for the same page/link. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for conflicting orders.
Order Refunds
Refunds are automatic when an order status is 'Canceled', or partially refunded for the amount of the remains when an order status is 'Partial' (you can see all of your orders in your 'Order History')
REFILL POLICY
Some of the services we offer have a refill guarantee. Whether the service is covered by refill or not will be stated clearly in the service description for that service.
If a service has a refill for X number of days, then you are entitled to request one refill if the amount drops below the finished amount of the order for no more than the amount ordered within the X number of days covered.
We cannot guarantee refill on certain services and for longer than service individually specified cover as we are not responsible for factors outside of our control. By ordering any service you acknowledge the refill terms stated in the description. In cases where a service has no refill policy in the description, then that service is not refillable.
Services covered by refill
If the followers sent unfollow for any reason, we will send the quantity (of unfollowed) back with new followers for replacement 1 time within the 7-day guarantee period. The guarantee period lasts 7 days from the order made. To receive your refill please contact us via any contact methods provided on the 'Support' page.
ORDER POLICY
If you have your profile set to private or hide certain elements needed to deliver orders such as the view or like count, we are not responsible for refunding your order. Our system needs to check the start and finish delivery counts for orders to make sure they have been delivered fully. You are responsible for checking this before placing an order.
If you have started or received an order and deleted the post/profile we have delivered an order to this is non-refundable. Once you place an order and it starts you have agreed to the cost of delivery for that order.
General Order Policy
If underdelivered/undelivered, contact us within 2 hours after the service is marked 'Completed' (you can check in your 'Order History') for reimbursement or no refunds, evidence will be from the marked time of service completion and the time we receive your message. Partial refunds/refunds are only subject to if the service can not be reimbursed. If the order applies to a metric that is not publicly accessible you will need to provide a screenshot/evidence of the relevant statistics within the 2-hour timeframe the order is marked 'Completed' (Go to the 'Support' page, screenshots can be provided via WhatsApp, Telegram or email). No refunds for orders to private accounts or entry of wrong link/invalid link (the system may reject the link and therefore automatically refund you) or miss-entered quantity, custom inputs, or any other additional inputs relating to the service ordered. Once a service starts it captures the count for the subject it will deliver to and will complete at its target from the start count. No reimbursement of conflicting order(s)/no partial refunds/no refund, nor reimbursement for/of the quantity ordered to the quantity received.
Story Views Order Policy
No refunds for orders made close to a story expiry, or misplaced orders. Make sure to place your order with time left on your stories to get the full results delivery.
